Vodice city
The town of Vodice is a famous tourist centre. It is a coastal town located in a wide bay, 11 km northwest from the town of Šibenik, the centre of Šibenik-knin County.

In Vodice you will enjoy true Dalmatian delicacies.
Fortunately, there is still a small vegetable garden in front of every house in Vodice, and the marketplace offers sweet-smelling fruits and vegetables of natural color and taste. The food you will eat in restaurants is delicious.
Numerous taverns offer homemade wine, red and white, from nearby vineyards.
After dessert, make sure you order a glass of homemade marašćina, sweet wine made of a particularly tasty sort of grape – marašćina. This sweet wine has been made by a special drying procedure only in Vodice.
